Hubspot Administrator

We are specifically looking for someone to fill our Hubspot Administrator position who will meet the following.

Responsibilities

  • Own Marketing Automation and best practices with HubSpot
  • Govern, optimize, and analyze marketing and sales database
  • Define and implement marketing and sales processes and workflows
  • Align marketing/sales processes through cross-functional coordination, communication, and reporting
  • Ensure alignment across the sales and marketing organization in the use of marketing/sales tools
  • Assist with campaign setup, including all marketing and sales follow-up workflows
  • Ensure campaigns (digital marketing, email, etc.) meet process and quality standards
  • Manage the cleanup and enrichment of the marketing/sales database
  • Develop a data strategy that will provide insights necessary to drive lead generation and conversion

Skills: 

  • Strong experience/expert level experience with HubSpot
    • HubSpot Administration, Configuration, Workflows, and Optimization
    • HubSpot Operations and Integration
  • Knowledge in Salesforce, Growbots, and other CRM platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Able to find meaning in complex data sets and communicate in simple, digestible terms
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
